Mr. Asrani is an industry veteran with over three and a half decades of consummate Real Estate experience across verticals. Having worked in senior executive management roles Mr. Asrani has held tenure in the K. Raheja Group, G Corp., Cornerstone Properties and Phoenix Mills to name a few and has also advised the Bhartiya Group on their foray into Bangalore.
His 360 degree Real Estate expertise spans Sales, Business Development, Planning, Marketing and Financial Structuring of Real Estate Transactions across various asset classes spanning Residential, Commercial, IT and Retail. Mr. Asrani has exposure to markets across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai and has been instrumental in planning, development and marketing of several marquee developments across the country
Mr. Selvarangan
Mr. Selvarangan is a Civil Engineer with over four decades of experience. He has worked with L&T, Shapporji Pallonji, the Coromandel Engineering Company and G:Corp (Part of Great Eastern Shipping). He has experience across the spectrum of construction spheres including Luxury Hotels, Malls, Residential buildings, IT Parks etc. Key projects handled include The Trident, Chennai and Le Meridian, Bangalore, Submarine Observation Station at Skylark for the Indian Navy, Reliance Petrochemicals – Ethylene terminal, DLF Park, Chennai, Lido Mall, Sky Garden.
Mr. Selvarangan is an astute leader with exceptional leadership qualities, which ensure that the team always rises up to the occasion and meets new challenges head on.
