Suraj is an industry veteran with over two and a half decades of consummate Real Estate experience across verticals. He has worked in senior executive management roles with leading corporate developers, defined their growth agenda and then helped them successfully execute it.
Suraj has held tenure in the K. Raheja Group, G Corp , Cornerstone Properties and Phoenix Mills to name a few and has also advised the Bhartiya Group on their foray into Bangalore
His 360 degree Real Estate expertise spans Sales, Business Development, Planning, Marketing and Financial Structuring of Real Estate Transactions across various asset classes spanning Residential, Commercial, IT and Retail. He has exposure to markets across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Among a lot of projects, if named would run into a lot of verbose, Suraj was instrumental in the planning, development and marketing of “Mindspace”, Hyderabad, “One Bangalore West” and the super luxury “Kessaku” for Phoenix Mills. Suraj has handled over four million sft of IT closures with clients like IBM, Accenture, Oracle, CSC, Bank of America, Philips, MSource and Qualcomm to name a few.

Mr. Selvarangan is a Civil Engineer with over three decades of experience. He has worked with L&T, Shapporji Pallonji, the Coromandel Engineering Company and G:Corp (Part of Great Eastern Shipping). He has experience across the spectrum of construction spheres including Luxury Hotels, Malls, Residential buildings, IT Parks etc. Key projects handled include The Trident, Chennai and Le Meridian, Bangalore, Submarine Observation Station at Skylark for the Indian Navy, Reliance Petrochemicals – Ethylene terminal, DLF Park, Chennai, Lido Mall, Sky Garden.
A consummate foody. He knows every nook and cranny of Bangalore when the subject veers towards eating out. Despite a tough demeanour his leadership qualities ensure that his team will follow him to hell and back if the situation demands.
